Though it’s tough to imagine such stringent job requirements for the likes of Vin Baker and Juwan Howard when it came time for them to submit their job applications and complementary resumes, Dwyane Wade was recently grilled endlessly this past summer as he sought out the latest opening at Brand Jordan. He apparently did alright. After making it through a questionnaire including both simple personality triggers and a range of questions on topics like being a leader and hitting clutch shots, Wade goes on to impress the panel of just two.
