World AIDS Day – Kobe Nike x (RED) Laces

Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers took on the New Orleans Hornets on December 1st, as the Lakers came away with the win. The Hornets are struggling and especially with Chris Paul on the bench. As many of you have heard that it was World AIDS Day, there was actually a new partnership formed between Nike and the charity organization (RED) that have a collection specifically designed for the (PRODUCT)RED initiative starting with the new (Nike)RED Laces. Kobe Bryant and other Lakers supported the cause on the court.

It is good to know that 100% of the proceeds from sales will support the Global Fund, which oversee distribution of medicine, treatment, and eduction on AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria in Africa and soccer-base programs to help fight the spread of AIDS in Africa.
